Shipping Policy
As per the Indian government guidelines, we ship to all serviceable pin codes in India. We generally dispatch all our orders within 48 hours of receipt. All purchases are shipped from our warehouse by reputed courier agencies & India Post. Please allow us 5-7 days from receipt of your order for delivery. Given below are the shipping charges :
- Flat rate of Rs.60/- per order.
For orders that are cancelled after dispatch and while in transit, or rejected (in case of COD orders) shipping costs will be charged for both to & fro at actuals . For pre-paid orders, cancellations post dispatch will not be eligible for refund.
Neelkamal Publications Pvt Ltd shall not be responsible for delivery taken by an alternative person.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery with appropriate video or photos via email on[email protected] or call us Mob: +9190001-6895/9573420003 or Whatsapp. More details about our Returns Policy is mentioned below.
Returns Policy
You may cancel an order any time before it is dispatched. The order cannot be cancelled after the books have been dispatched.
To cancel an order, please send an email quoting the order number and with the subject ‘Cancellation’ to [email protected] or call us Mob: +9190001-6895/9573420003
If we are unable to service your order either in part or in full, the entire amount charged for the un-serviced part or full (inclusive of shipping charges, if any) will be refunded to you.
Note: The amount paid will not be refunded
- In case of three failed delivery attempts by the courier.
- In case the recipient refuses to accept the parcel.
- In case the book is damaged/ seal is opened.
